Bill Cosby's Sweaters: Which One was Best?

Rest assured that the significance of the Cosby sweater--the loud, busy knitwear worn by Bill Cosby during the eight-year run of "The Cosby Show"--has certainly not been lost on its star. A new poll on Cosby's own website is inviting fans to vote in different rounds, March Madness-style, on their favorites of 64 styles, neatly organized into categories of argyles, cashmeres, cardigans, pullovers, fleecy and the like. "I had suits made for him, but he really would rather be very comfortable, so I started doing sweaters," explained the show's costume designer Sarah Lemire, speaking in a recent TV Land video about Cosby sweaters on exhibit at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York.
