Her name is Chantall Marshall of Nottinghamshire, England, the busty matron of a family that prides themselves on their curves. "Britney is going through a funny phase at the moment and saying she doesn't want to get her boobs done," said Marshall. "I really love the fake look of my girls and I know that Britney will go that way when she's a bit older."

Between Marshall and her four eldest daughters, they've had 13 boob jobs with breast sizes ranging from 32 DD and 34HH -- that's more than $61,000 worth of silicone total.
