When they wore it: The 32-year-old mom slipped into the metallic number to attend the 2013 CFDA Awards in June in New York City. The "Wrecking Ball" songbird hit the "X Factor U.K." stage in the floor-sweeping gown on Nov. 17.
How they styled it: Richie looked shinier than a brand new penny in the golden dress, which she paired with a simple white clutch, a black manicure, slicked back hair, and ruby red lips. The gown totally complemented her bronzed skin tone. The 20-year-old performer also opted for red lips and black nails, but she topped off the dress with a black, jeweled turban and bare feet.
Judge’s scorecard: Is there even a question? Richie wins this one hands down. Her sleek accessories gave the flashy dress a classy feel and showcased her effortless style. Meanwhile, Miley's choices just left us befuddled.
