What to do with your Thanksgiving leftovers

The turkey (or ham, or lamb) has been carved, the sweet potatoes dished up, pumpkin pies sliced, and the tidings of gratitude spoken.

Thanksgiving is over, and now you’re left with a pile of leftovers to finish up. While 27 per cent of people are content to eat their leftovers straight from the fridge as is, a recent survey by Longo’s grocery store found, we here at Yahoo Canada prefer to get creative with our leftovers.

So if like us you feel like mixing things up in the kitchen, here are some creative ways to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers.
