VOTE: Best dressed at the 2015 Oscars

The Oscars are hands-down the biggest night of the year when it comes to red-carpet style – and this year was no exception. We saw Hollywood’s biggest stars strut their stuff in stunning gowns made of everything from pearls to hand-painted beads.

Who do you think takes home the award for best dressed of the night? Cast your vote in our poll, and we’ll announce the winner on Tuesday, Feb. 24. If your favourite didn’t make our list, let us know your picks in the comments below.

Jennifer Aniston is known for her love of the little black dress – so we were thrilled when she stepped out on the red carpet in a champagne-coloured frock. We especially love how she paired the glittery dress with easy hair and makeup.

Leave it to Lupita to top the best dressed list for the second year in a row. The starlet’s custom Calvin Klein gown was composed of a whopping 6,000 pearls.

“Gone Girl” actress Rosamund Pike walked the red carpet in a breathtaking lace gown designed by Givenchy – which reportedly took 2,000 hours to make. This form-fitting gown is by far her best look of Awards season.

We’re used to seeing J.Lo wear sexy curve-hugging gowns on the red carpet, so we loved seeing her rock a girly tulle number. While not many actresses could pull off this nude colour, Lopez manages to make it look effortless.

Margot Robbie in Saint Laurent

Initially, we weren’t blown away by the Australian actress’s Saint Laurent gown, but Yahoo Canada readers disagreed – they loved her ‘70s-inspired gown with a plunging neckline. We also give Robbie top marks for her chic bob (Amy Dunne, anyone?!) and flawless red lips.

The queen of Hollywood, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for “Into The Woods” (she lost out to Patricia Arquette) proves that you don’t have to wear a glittery gown to rule the red carpet.

The “Wild” actress always wears something that perfectly accentuates her petite frame, and her Oscars look was no exception. She looked beautiful in a white off-the-shoulder dress with black accents.

It’s not easy being green – unless you’re Best Supporting Actress nominee Emma Stone. The 26-year-old “Birdman” actress wore a beautiful beaded number by Hollywood favourite Elie Saab.

Baby, you’re a firework! The 31-year-old actress may have been one of the first actresses to walk the red carpet, but she made a lasting impression in a sheer ballgown with beaded detailing.

It’s been over a year since we last saw Faith Hill walk the red carpet, so we were overjoyed when she showed up on the red carpet for the 87th Academy Awards in a beautiful J. Mendel design. Does this woman ever age?!
