Sochi Opening Ceremony ring fail is already a T-shirt

Oops! The opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics was nothing short of spectacular – but one moment still stands out in many peoples’ minds – and not for a good reason.

Just a few hours after the fifth Olympic ring failed to expand, one designer/blogger had already capitalized on the snafu.

The T-shirt (with customizable text no less!) retailed for just $30 (with a large portion going to charity) – but if you haven’t already snapped one up you might be out of luck.

“I just wanted to apologize in advance, if you do not end up receiving a shirt. But everyone will be getting their money back,” the creator tweeted on Monday morning. “They/me got heaton trademark violation threat.”

Would you buy this shirt?
