Halloween light display set to ‘The Fox’ becomes a viral hit

A Virginia family is making internet waves after posting their mesmerizing Halloween lights display, set to Ylvis's popular dance hit "What Does the Fox Say," on YouTube.

The tech-savvy family used more than 8,500 lights and 1,066 channels of computer animation to create a lighting spectacle set to the catchy pop tune, which only passers-by tuned into the family's FM radio station can hear.

We bet you're wondering what their electricity bill might look like after several weeks of this impressive show, which runs nightly from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. until the end of Halloween night.

Surprisingly, the owners say the whole thing will cost about $25 to $35, since they use environmentally friendly LED lights.

This isn't the first time the Virginia family has taken the holiday decorating spotlight -- their elaborate light displays are the talk of the town each Halloween and Christmas, and have been gracing YouTube since 2011. Last year's Halloween display was set to the tune of "Gangnam Style."

Their video is the latest in a string of Halloween light display videos recently posted to YouTube.

Another popular Halloween light show comes from Naperville, Ill., where a family set their light show to the pop-rock hit song "Sail" by Awolnation.
