Kourtney Kardashian's Baby Registry is Full of Surprises
Everything the Kardashians do is ridiculously over-the-top. So when I got a glimpse of Kourtney Kardashian's baby registry, I was stunned. Where is the diamond-encrusted, platinum spoon? The motorized mini Porsche?

This mom-to-be really wants a nursing pillow ($58), a digital thermometer ($30), and a pack of plastic spoons ($20)? The most lavish item so far? A video baby monitoring system worth $2,000. A lot of money, I know, but nowhere near the usual level of Kardashian luxury.
To be honest, I am totally disappointed. I looked forward to poking fun at the mink baby bibs, rolling my eyes at the gold-plated comb and brush set, and snickering about the leopard print diaper bin.
Think about it. This is a surprising move for a family that always makes a splash, whether they are marrying (who can forget Kim's $10 million wedding), divorcing (Kim calling it quits after 72 days), or even dining out.
Is the attention-loving reality TV clan trading the luxe for a more low-key life? Please don't tell me their gag-worthy days of excess are over? Yea, I know. It's unlikely. But clearly Kourt is keeping it real (she also has plastic teething rings on the list) when it comes to her kids.
