1. The Red Poinsettia
Mix 1/2 ounce Cointreau and 3 ounces cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute, then top off with your favorite champagne. Hint: Replace the champagne with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for a sparkling non-alcoholic version!

2. The Marry Me (Or, "Merry Me") Motini, from Wedding Chicks via Lover.ly
2 ½ oz. Daily's Mojito Mix
1 1/2 oz Daily's Pomegranate Mix
1 1/2 oz Rum

Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with oranges and a fresh sprig of mint, rim the glass with pink sugar and add a rock candy stick for that extra sweet touch.

3. Classic Hot Toddy
1 lemon, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup sugar
1 qt water
2 1/2 cup Scotch whiskey
Freshly grated nutmeg
Combine the lemon, sugar, and water in a small slow cooker, set to high. Cover and heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely, about 20 to 30 minutes. Add the scotch whisky and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and serve warm with lemon slices and freshly grated nutmeg.
