'Survivor: South Pacific' couple engaged
"Survivor: South Pacific" babe Whitney Duncan may have been secretly married during her time on the show, but she's not keeping quiet about her new engagement to fellow cast member Keith Tollefson!
While she was filming "Survivor," the country singer was secretly married to Donny Fallgatter, frontman for the band KingBilly. Even their friends and family didn't know they had wed.
But during her time in the South Pacific, Duncan began to fall for Tollefson. Both members of the Savaii tribe, they quickly paired off. Tollefson was the eighth person voted out, then Duncan followed as the 12th. Just before returning home, Duncan called Fallgatter to ask for a divorce.
After the show, Duncan opened up about the short-lived marriage. "I was in an unhealthy and unhappy relationship, and I never would have thought I would have fallen in love on 'Survivor,'" she said.
On Twitter, she recently noted:
Hey kids, don't ever elope w someone u hardly know. Not a good idea! U might meet your soulmate. & No one ever lets the past be the past.
