    Instead of joint killing speed, find a pace you can work at without extreme pain and change the incline up and down. I have degenertive bone problems in my feet and I have found it the only way to use a treadmill.

    I can burn fat faster, I cut out a huge chunk from my butt or belly, and set it on fire. POOF! Fat is gone!

    Maybe new information has come out in the last few years but when i went through all my personal training courses/training you were taught for the best fat burning you didn't want to push super hard as you burn more carbs instead of fat when you push yourself real hard (which is fine for gaining power but not ideal for losing weight). I was always taught you wanted a pace that pushed you but less so than you might think. An example that was always given was you wanted to be able to talk to someone but not have to gasp for air well trying to talk (she was gasping for air in the vid), talking shouldnt be difficult and you want to keep that pace. For some it was fast walking others light jogging and the real good shape people could do moderate jogging well being to keep a fluent converstation going. You also wanted to change the extercise up every few weeks so that you body didn't adapt to the workout.
    Again who knows maybe times have changed, or maybe it was a good thing I only took the training for myself and not for others...

    Burn fat in twenty minutes? Hell I can do that in twenty seconds. Just trim it off the bacon and throw it on the fire! It'll burn, trust me it will burn in twenty seconds.

    Interval training has been around for years, I'm surprised it isn't better known. You can do it while jogging too, or even running on the spot, you don't have to use a treadmill if you don't have one.
