Pippa Middleton's rear-end causes lover's spat

Pippa Middleton's rear-end has over 200,000 Facebook fans. But at least one person's not so psyched about it. This past week a man's car was allegedly vandalized with the words "Is Pippa's bum still better than mine," followed by a thousand hostile questions marks.

The photo, taken near Birmingham, England, is the assumed result of a lover's quarrel. The photographer who took it claims the driver spotted the graffiti on his Peugeot, was humiliated and subsequently drove off—probably to a car wash.

The details of the relationship between the driver, the vandal and Pippa are unclear. But the assumption is that one single bridesmaid photo is having a massive ripple effect.

In fact, nobody's backside has gotten this much attention since Jennifer Lopez insured hers. There's the Pippa Middleton Ass Appreciation Society Facebook page which has more fans than all four of her sister's fan pages combined. There's also a twitter page (pippasass). And a $12,000 butt-lift called the "Pip Package Perfect Posterior" being offered by a surgeon in Britain. According to the Herald Sun, it was created in response to the 60 percent increase in backside surgery that the country's seen since the royal wedding.

It's time to get off Pippa's ass. There's too much envy, worship and jealous rage over a single person's body part. All she did was wear a flattering dress to her sister's wedding. It was hardly revealing, and 50 percent less shocking than Beatrice's hat. If there's a lesson to be learned here, besides the fact that we collectively are obsessed with butts, it's that hideous bridesmaids dresses aren't always a bad idea.
