This led to much investigation on my part. I found out that my husband had bought the necklace as a Mother's Day gift for his (unknown-to-me) longtime mistress across town. He had a baby with her and another on the way. (We had a one-year-old son.) Needless to say, that was the beginning of the end for us." less
