Eggs were getting a bad rap for awhile because of cholesterol levels, but now we know it's the good cholesterol, and eggs are an excellent source of good quality protein. Enjoy your Easter eggs, everyone -they're good for you!

My kids have eggs and oatmeal almost every morning. They are breakfast staples in our house. Breakfast on school mornings is usually scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast, along with oatmeal. I add chopped fruit to the oatmeal,as well as brown sugar, and milk. They leave the house with full tummies that help get them through the long hours until lunch.

And I bet they do better in their school work, with a great breakfast like that, too ! You're a great parent - kind of like my own dear Mum and Dad back in the day. They ALWAYS made sure my brother and I had a hearty breakfast to go to school on !

Honestly, out of all the yahoo health articles, this one is most truthful and accurate!! Its unlike one article that told us canola oil was good for us... How misleading... Nadine Bells should write more articles for yahoo!

Everytime I try to eat eggs I feel nauseous about half way through. I used to eat eggs and be fine, since my last pregnancy i can no longer eat them unless they are cooked in a receipe.

Scrambled eggs...fun to eat and easy to pick up if your toddler is just starting to eat on their own with their own utensils.

Yum Yum! my kiids love to eat nutella, and scrambled eggs. This source of calcium will definitely give your children a healthy diet! ( My kids did,)

Oh, I love Nutella on toasted 12 grain bread , with a nice big mug of tea in the morning - delicious !
      • LaneyBoggs 17 days ago
you guys clearly missed the news lately that nutella was sued for over 3 million dollars for flase advertisement that their product is 'healthy' when it was deemed not so healthy by professionals when a mother got her brain in the right spot and took them to court because she foolishly thought it was part of a 'healthy' breakfast for her daughter. Stick with some low salt or natural peanut butter in stead and glass of milk for calcium. The eggs can stay, they're awesome for protein and good cholesterol, but skip the nutella if you're feeding it to them on a regular basis.
