    Awkward celebrity baby announcements

    When most people break the news about their pregnancy, they don't need a paid mouthpiece and a conference call with various talent agencies. But expectant celebs aren't most people. For stars in steady relationships, there's the standard celebrity baby announcement on the cover of a tabloid: "We're thrilled!" And then there's the awkward version like Del Toro's. Usually they're filtered through a press representative and read like a legal document. It may be the best way for celebs to "handle" the situation, but it's not the best way for a kid to be introduced to the world.
