Call me crazy (no, I'm not referencing the Carly Rae Jepsen song), but I think Brandy stole the spotlight at last weekend's Billboard Music Awards. She didn't win any trophies that night, but she certainly won the red carpet race in this to-die-for Herve Leger by Max Azria mini and rose gold Louboutin slingbacks. And her 'fro ... fabulous! (5/20/2012).
