    Miley Cyrus chops it all off and shares her new look first with her millions of fans on Twitter. "Opinions are like ass holes, everybody has one," tweeted Cyrus who quoted her dad (Billy Ray Cyrus) after receiving hurtful feedback for her new Robyn-esque look. Buzzed, shaved and now platinum blond, we're loving the new Cyrus.
