Christian Louboutin's latest muse may surprise you-the shoe designer has been commissioned to create a commemorative glass slipper to celebrate Disney's re-release of Cinderella on DVD and Blu-Ray.
The lacy peep toe pump features two crystal butterfly appliqués, with crystals scattered over the body of the shoe and covering the heel, plus the brand's signature red soles. Somehow, we think this is a glass slipper Cinderella would have managed to remember when she was cascading down those stairs, prince or not.
In a photo shared by the brand on Instagram, we see shoe moulds with the names of other Disney princesses scrawled on them-Snow White, Aurora, Jasmine. Could other designs with Disney be in the works?
