Teen volunteers give boy with cancer a cool bedroom makeover

Young Will, 8, is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

While her son was in the hospital for treatment, Will's mother, Angela Ortigosa, learned about Art from the Heart, an nonprofit organization that grants room makeovers to children suffering from cancer.

Shortly after applying to the charity, Will was approved to receive the bedroom of his dreams.

Teen volunteers transformed Will's room to celebrate the things he loves: Hogwarts, LEGO and soccer.

"I wanted to volunteer with Art from the Heart because it's something nice to do for these kids. And even if it only makes their day better for a little bit, it's worth it," volunteer Alison Parker tells HooplaHa in a video about Will's room makeover.
