71st annual Golden Globes: Pregnant celebs glow on the red carpet

Oh, baby!

One of our favourite red carpet trends from this year’s Golden Globes? Glowing moms-to-be showing off their baby bumps.

“Scandal” actress Kerry Washington (who was nominated for best actress in a television drama), debuted her baby bump in a gorgeous Balenciaga gown -- finally confirming her pregnancy after months of speculation.

“I feel like I have the best date of the night, my little accessory here,” the 36-year-old tells E!

Washington wasn’t the only soon-to-be mom to show off at the Golden Globes.

Olivia Wilde made us green with envy when she strutted down the red carpet in a glimmering Gucci number.

Although we think Wilde looks stunning (as usual!), she joked with E!’s Ryan Seacrest that she’s having trouble getting used to one thing that comes with her pregnancy: big boobs!

“May the 4^th be with you,” she said when Seacrest asked her about her baby’s due date.

Last but not least was Drew Berrymore, who walked the red carpet in a sheer Monique Lhuillier gown with intricate floral detailing.

“She’s making a pregnant lady feel really good right now,” Barrymore told E! about her gown’s designer. “It was so undramatic. You try on several dresses and look really not-so-great. And then you try on one and you’re like ‘That’s it, I’m done.’”
