Horses are known for being “bright, cheerful, popular, and fun loving,” writes astrologer Susan Levitt. They should expect to keep a low profile in 2014 in order to avoid any major confrontations.

Sheep/Goat

Those born in the following years are associated with the symbol of the sheep/goat: 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991 and 2003. This year is an auspicious one for those under the Sheep/Goat sign, according to Levitt. Expect to travel, explore and revel in art, beauty and creativity.

Monkey

Those born in the following years are associated with the symbol of the monkey: 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992 and 2004. According to ChineseFortuneCalendar.com, Monkeys will face some pressure in the year of the horse, but if they can find a way to get on top of the horse’s back, they’ll go far.

Rooster

Those born in the following years are associated with the symbol of the rooster: 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993 and 2005. Roosters should experience a prosperous and joyful 2014, a continuation of last year's good fortunes. Long distance travel should be avoided.

Those under the Ox sign can expect the coming year to be filled with a good harvest in most aspects of their life. Special attention should be paid to any digestive issues with a focus on regular exercise and relaxation.

Tiger

Those born in the following years are associated with the symbol of the tiger: 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998 and 2010. While the Tiger’s fortune looks mixed in 2014, Levitt claims this is the year for Tigers! “Don’t miss out on anything this year,” she writes.

Rabbit

Rabbits should find many doors open in 2014 – and they shouldn’t be afraid to walk through them, says Levitt. The coming year is full of many good omens, especially related to career.
