      Want to lose weight simply? Don't eat anything white. No salt, sugar, white rice, pasta, breads, pastry. Cut out as much salt, sugar and fats as you can in your diet. Don't put salt on anything. If it looks fattening, it is. Don't drink another soft drink, diet or otherwise. Drink water instead. Walk half an hour a day, steady. And don't wander along either, keep a brisk pace. Hold two dumb bells above your head and go up and down your stairs ten times. Once a week, increase that by two more times. You'll lose a lot of weight fast if you stick to this. The first three weeks are the hardest, but stick with it. After that it gets a lot easier, and you will be seeing results by then. Good luck and don't quit.

      if I dropped any more calories I wouldn't be eating anything o.O I have always sense I was little only eaten like 800 calories :S
